Ideas for Answering
(for Ages 16-18)

Tie a message to a kite and fly it in his/her yard. When he/she comes out to see what you're doing, silently hand him/her the string and leave.

Blow up a balloon, write a message on it carefully with a ballpoint pen or marker, and deflate it again. Send it in an envelope. He/she will have to blow up the balloon and read the message.

Send a gold fish bowl with a treasure chest at the bottom. Attach a note that says "I would treasure your company at the __________ dance (or event).

Fill a two liter bottle 1/2 full of Jell-O with your invite/answer wrapped in tinfoil. Let it set. Then fill the rest of the bottle with Jell-O and deliver!

Stick plastic forks in their lawn in the shapes of letters with a message.

Measure the insides of a door frame and get some scrap wood and make another frame. Then, Saran Wrap the frame, and somewhere in the Saran Wrap, put a paper that says, "I'm bouncing off the walls, excited to go to _______ with you.

Send the person a Morse Code decoding sheet anonymously in the mail. Tell her to watch out her window at 9:00 or so. Dress up in camouflage and, using a flashlight, send him/her your message.

Buy an ad in the campus or local newspaper . Afterwards, have the ad framed as a memento.

Fill a balloon with whipped cream, put your laminated message in the whipped cream.

Go to a Thrift shop and buy a HUGE pair of briefs. Write on it "I'll be brief...YES!".

Cut out white and yellow construction paper in the shape of fried eggs, then tape the eggs up all over in his/her room with a note: "I would be very "egg-cited" to go to ________ with you."

Put a message in a plastic Easter egg and hide Easter eggs all over their yard.

Open a box of Alphabits cereal carefully. Take out the letters of your message. Dye/paint each word of the message a different color. Put the letters back in the box. Reseal the box. Attach a note to the cereal that reads "From A to Z you will find a message from Me".

To answer... send a pizza to their house and make sure the pizza place puts pepperonis on top that say "yes" (make sure you pay for it).

Laminate two pieces of paper with the sayings, "The answer you await lies within; don't be chicken...DIG IN!!" On the other put "I'd be 'gutless' to say no." Have your favorite butcher take out the guts of a chicken and put the first message inside, and the second on top, covered with plastic wrap.
